  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 2-7 business days to be prepared before shipping.

  • Shipping Time:

    • United States: 3-7 business days

    • Total estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Shipping rates are determined based on product type, destination, and carrier.

Shipping Carriers

  • We partner with major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL for domestic and international shipping.

  • Shipping carriers are automatically assigned based on your location and order details.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the system.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at goodswithgrace1@gmail.com so we can assist you.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos of the item and packaging so we can process a replacement.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders with incorrect addresses may be returned or lost.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
